One of the hardest things I have been through is with a loved one that a std disease have received. My best friend, the disease while with a guy who was much sleeping involved. She was the most loyal girl I know. But she never expected her ex-boyfriend to cheat. Not only did he cheat, but she got an STD from him. This led to one of the most painful experiences I seen someone have undergone.
After infecting the disease, she went through a periodof depression. Then she soon got over, and the courage to start going out dates. She climbed back into the dating scene, and because my friend was such a wonderful and honest person, she would let guys know they had an std before. Well, one after the other guys I only want to see, do not call her again.
I felt violated for her. I felt anger. I knew how good was this girl, and I witnessed guys turn it down because of something her ex-boyfriend to have her. I comforted her andtold her the right man would come along.
After the experience with this disease, the effect, I did some research on it and have found that 20% of adult Americans some kind of STD and herpes is # 1. I did more research and saw that there was a lot of people through the same emotional roller coaster ride, as my best friend. Then I ran over std dating sites. I was surprised to know there was a similar community with people who have the same problem and had contracted an STD. Thiswere the people in all shapes and sizes. I told my girlfriend, and she reluctantly decided to join one. Boy, I'm glad they did because they now, a guy she met on the site involved.
However, it is not just about a "new love". There are also funds available to keep up to date with sexually transmitted diseases. There are support groups and more that I can see how so many benefits from these communities.
